What do we avoid by being conscious of our bodies and striving to stay     active? First, we avoid the risk of heart disease and stroke. Daily    physical activity makes your heart stronger, and greatly decreases  your    chances of developing these ailments. Next, it lowers our risk for  high    blood pressure. Physical activity reduces body fat, which is a large    factor in high blood pressure. Additionally, regular physical activity     decreases the risk of diabetes, obesity, and osteoporosis. What  better,    easier way to save our own lives than taking the time to be active? </span><br />

First,    where is the gym located? If it is close to your home, or somewhere    along your route to work or school, you will be more likely to visit    often. Belonging to a gym that is out of your way can be a waste of    money because if it is out of sight, it is most likely to be out of    mind. If traveling to the gym seems like a hassle, you probably won’t    go as often and won’t get your money’s worth out of the membership.    Secondly, is it affordable? Most gyms offer great promotional deals,    so do your homework. Find out the monthly rate being offered by each    gym before you sign any contract. This way, you can even quote the  competitor’s    price to try to get a more affordable deal. </span><br />

As you can tell  from the title of this product, it has a high concentration of  fructose…which  is sugar. Studies have shown that too much sugar leads to many problems  such as obesity which can lead to more serious chronic illnesses such  as diabetes and heart disease. The manufacturers of HFCS have recently  made commercials and a website to calm the fears of the public saying  things like, “it’s made with corn,” and “it is fine in moderation.”  It’s the “fine in moderation” saying that you really need to look  at. Hypothetically, how many of you read the ingredients on the box  or bag of what you’re buying? You’ll find that HFCS is in almost<em> everything</em> you consume. So much for moderation…</span><br />

<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small">P90X is challenging but Tony  (the instructor in the videos) encourages you to work at your own pace.  You increase how much weight you can use, how many more reps you can  do, etc by each different workout. He also keeps the workouts  interesting  my isolating different muscles for each different day (with “Ab Ripper  X” at the end of almost every video to really work on those abdominal  muscles). It’s worth a shot for anyone who wants to tone up, fill  out, or for anyone who just wants to look good!</span><br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small">Alrighty folks, it’s finally  warming up which means you can finally start that exercise regime you’ve   been planning since the New Year began. It’s swimsuit season which,  by default, is running season. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small">What most people don’t realize  is that running doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, each new season,  I start out <em>walking</em>. It’s best to improve your endurance rather  than push yourself too hard and end up hating and avoiding running for  the rest of your life. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small">Did you know that walking the  same distance you’d plan on running burns just about the same amount  of calories? Plan on walking the same route you plan to run and don’t  start running until you’re ready. And when you’re ready, don’t  feel bad if you need to stop and walk. Also, to keep it interesting,  always make sure to have more than one route with varying intensities.</span><br />

Not only do commercially  grown goods hurt the environment because of all the energy requirements,   pesticides and cosmetic fertilizers leave residue on the plants and  foods that end up in your body. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small">Although there is controversy  over whether the nutritional content of organically grown goods is  actually  higher than non-organic goods, the risk of the harmful effects of  pesticides  and cosmetic fertilizers is not worth it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small">However, it is important to  note that, although your food may be free of harmful pesticides, it  is still possible for the foods to have other harmful substances such  as e-coli and salmonella.</span><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: small"><br />
